Standard delivery to United Kingdom.

Items are usually shipped within 1-3 working days. During busier periods, this may take a little longer as we are a small business and every order is packed and by hand. 

All items are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. Deliveries during busy seasonal periods may take longer and are beyond our control.

 

Returns

Your satisfaction in our products are important to us.  We are a small, independent business making products by hand, where vigorous candle testing has taken place but there may be times when small changes to colour or scent may occur. Our candles and wax melts are made from 100% soy wax, which can sometimes appear frosted or rough when it sets. This is completely normal.

 

If you are not still not happy with your purchase, an exchange or refund will be accepted if the item is returned in its original packaging and is unused. 

We will accept returns of unused items within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. 

Please contact us immediately if you receive faulty or damaged goods. 

Once we have received and inspected the unused item, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping).
